Critical paths and mobilisation

I map the whole route from conception to opening — every milestone, every potential banana skin and understand the the importance of controlled sequencing. Most importantly understanding the the emotional and mental pressures required to carry a team through the process is key to maintaining a calm presence.

This is almost certainly the single most important element for any sustained business, Intuitive budgets, fluid forecasting, sharp cashflow management and accurate reporting are the spine for any success story. It has always been the most important foundation to everything I do and the earliest indicator for any changes to the business.
